Conditions for initial qualification of EN4138-030 bolts under ISO7689 technical specification:
• Recess removal test is not shown as per ISO7689. Please provide ASD-CERT with it or provide evidence that this test is not necessary for this part number.
• Surface treatment in QTR. It states “plating” instead of Cadmium plating and it is barely readable. Please provide ASD-CERT with evidence that EN2133 has been applied and a more readable report.
• Labelling and packing as per ISO7689: please provide ASD-CERT with a photo of a label and package used even if it is for a similar EN product.

* Recess removal torque is performed. But this test has been done for information only. EN4138 is not give a torque value. That’ s why torque value taken from ISO9152 as 2,7 N and removal torque (45 ± 2,5) N from ISO7689.

*Since we can’ t print the label for EN4138, please see attached the similar part sample label for EN4136.
