Just one remark on baking (hydrogen degassing) curve:
Just below this baking curve, we have a table with following data:
“Date et heure de début de palier : 28/10/2020 – 20h39“
“Date et heure de fin de palier : 28/10/2020 – 19h49“
From my point of view, there is a typo: it should be 29/10/2020 for the end date of baking.
