Could you please update NADCAP MTL accreditation?
For NADCAP CP, no update expected since HFS St Cosme is no longer accredited due to fire accident.
Tensile tests at 80% and 100% loads: as per ISO5858, clause 5.6.1 and as per QTP, sections 5.6.1.1 and 5.6.1.2, 8 parts shall be tested for each tests.
However, in QTR, we have 4 parts tested for each test.
4 nuts missing for each tensile test.

conditions have been answered by HFS St Cosme:
-update NADCAP MTL accreditation= OK done and updated,
-Tensile tests at 80% and 100% loads: as per ISO5858, clause 5.6.1 and as per QTP, sections 5.6.1.1 and 5.6.1.2, 8 parts shall be tested for each tests. => Sampling test has well be done with 8 pieces, and results are compliant.
Please see enclosed the updated QTR at issue A.
