  1. Torque-out test: torque applied is 18,4 N.m in QTR.
This torque value is applicable for anchor nuts with cage (or basket) made in aluminum alloys.
EN2754 defines low-alloyed steel anchor nuts, so for MJ8, a torque equal to 23 N.m should have been applied.

In surface condition section, we have a picture to show general aspect of the parts. Maybe it is a lightning effect, but internal threads for some nuts appear yellow (chromic finish) and not really dark grey or black (dry film lubricant finish).
Dry film lubrication on internal threads is mandatory as per EN2754.
But as said before, this may be due to some optical effects.

    Many thanks in advance,
    Best regards.

    1. The note above regarding the wrong value in QTR No8695A, paragraph 6.2 “Torque out” ISO5858, point 5.6.4 has been corrected from 18.4 to 23Nm. Presumably this was a typo, but during my on-site visit in week 43, the test in question was repeated and approved by me. The QTR No8695A has been replaced in this report by QTR No8695B with the correct value in it.

The question regarding the “Surface condition” QTR No8695A or B, paragraph 3 “Surface conditions” ISO5858, point 5.3.1 is indeed an optical illusion. During the previously mentioned on-site visit, this was also checked by me and no deviations were found. I did take a photo and it shows the same staining effect (see “Additional Documents” of this report). The surface condition of the products are therefore in reality conform.
