QTP: ISO8788:2020 is the latest edition. In QTP, ISO8788:2000 is listed. Could you please have a look at this?
Shall we get information about hydrogen embrittlement relief after cadmium plating?
Incoming inspection after dry film lubrication: in test report RQ60292, go/no plug gauge (N°12276) is declared non-compliant. Could you please clarify?
Hopefully, nut internal thread check with test bolts is compliant.

The year mentioned in the ISO8788 (QTP page 2 of 16) was a typo and the typo has been changed. See this in QTP rev B.
The valid QTP in the report is now QTP rev B, EN2866-060.
The requested data regarding the hydrogen embrittlement (Curve and logbook) of the EN2866-060 have been added to the chapter “Additional Documents” of this report.
On the report RQ60292 the inspection was performed with 2 devices :
– First with go gage and no go gage: result non conform
– Second Inspection performed with test bolts reference GALAS 00165 , in this case the result is compliant .
ISO 5858, clause 5.5.2. “Tread”, authorize to check the thread for nuts with MoS2 with a bolt.
“A bolt with standard threads shall be capable of being freely screwed for at least one turn”.
Also in accordance with ISO 5855-2 threads.
