QTS, title: could you please replace « Bolt, Bi-Hex Head, PD Shank, Inconel 718” by “Inserts, thin wall, self-locking, MJ threads, Inconel 718”? This is just a small remark.
Hardness test: they were carried out by using Vickers method. Which standard has been used to convert HV into HRC values (and which standard table)?

We use ASTM E 140 table-3 for hardness conversion.
