Conditions to approve EN2907-050 nuts Under EN3004 technical specification.
Several test results under acceptance “A” of EN3004 technical specification are not shown:
– para 5.3.4 enter/not enter gauge results
– para 5.3.4 silver plating thicknesses are not shown
– para 4.4.6 has this test been done? Flareability test.
– para 5.5.3 Discontinuities.
– para 5.5.4 surface contamination.
– para 5.7 no photo of packing.

  – para 5.3.4 enter/not enter gauge results –> “Thread and thread deformation” results (par. 5.3.4 EN3004) listed on Test report, table 3.1, pag.15 of FAI document.
  – para 5.3.4 silver plating thicknesses are not shown –> FAI document revised 03/12/2019 (ref. Form 3, Silver thickness measurement – ballon n° 24).
  – para 4.4.6 has this test been done? Flareability test. –> No, it is not applicable on this kind of nut (wrenchable nut).
  – para 5.5.3 Discontinuities. –> results listed on Test report, table 3.1, pag. 15 of FAI document, as “Surface Discontinuites” test.
  – para 5.5.4 surface contamination. –> results listed on Test report, table 3.1, pag. 15 of FAI document, as “Microstructure, grain size and surface contamination” test
  – para 5.7 no photo of packing.–> available on FAI document revised 03/12/2019 ( ref. Form 3).
