Raw materials: could you please make the link between SAM0049/SAM0013 and relevant EN raw material semi-finished products called out in both EN3019 and EN3020 product standards?
FPI: is it possible to get nut test reports to see fluorescent penetrant inspection tests? Actual test reports deal with finished anchor nuts (nuts and cage/basket). This is why FPI is not applicable on assembled parts.

EN3019-050 request for:
– nuts raw material in accordance with EN2399 – EN3638 – EN3639 .
– Cage raw material in accordance with EN 3638
SAM 0013 highlighted in green ( see file SAM0013 enclosed ) gives the link with EN2398 & EN2399. You will find also the link on CoC of the raw material used ( see file 80876 link highlighted)
SAM 0049 highlighted in green ( see file SAM0049 enclosed ) gives the link with AMS5525. TR3791 standard table 4 defined equivalence between FEPA2601-A286 per EN3638 and AMS5525 ( see TR3791 highlighted enclosed) . You will find also the link on CoC of the raw material used ( see file AT1604471 link highlighted).
EN3020-050 request for:
– nuts raw material in accordance with EN2399 – EN3638 – EN3639 .
– Cage raw material in accordance with EN 3638

About FPI on EN3019-050:
Manufacturing batch size is: 1048 parts.
As per EN3004, sample size should be 200 parts for FPI since we have a down-arrow marked against mfg batch siez range from 501 to 1200 parts.
Could you please clarify?

NOTE: nothing to report on EN3020-050 FPI sample size (200 parts were inspected).

See the new TR updated enclosed . It was a typo , we have performed FPI on a new sampling on 120 parts to complete the sampling as required in the standard .
