Conditions for MCR qualification (ACP-008) of EN4399-026 rings under EN3299 technical specification:
• Several QMS certificates have expired; please update ASD-CERT with valid certificates.
• Please provide ASD-CERT with equivalence between material specifications (EN material specifications called in EN4399 drawing and Howmet SAM0013 specification).
• A statement according to ASD-CERT Quality Manual that all tools and test equipment used in the qualification are in calibration and being used correctly.

Please find below the answers to the conditions:
– QMS certificates has been updated
– The parts are made out of heat resisting steel FE-PA2601 (A286) as per EN4318, according to Howmet Simmonds Supply specification SAM0013. Raw material supplier is Brown Europe and manufacturer is CARPENTER: Heat n°974223.
– All the calibrations of devices, test means and control means have valid verification dates. The tests are carried out in accordance with Technical Specification, by Howmet Fixations Simmonds – St Cosme en Vairais (FR).
