  1. EN3035-060:
In QTR, page 11, stress relief after tempering: AIR2133 is written. Could you please replace AIR2133 by EN2133?
In Inspection Certificate N° A803665, minimum tensile requirement written is 23,9 kN whereas actual values are below 23,9 kN.
23,9 kN requirement is for protruding head, but EN3035 screws have countersunk heads.
Could you please replace 23,9 kN by 19,1 kN minimum?
In QTR, the minimum tensile load is 19,1 kN.

    EN4132-050:
In QTR, page 10, stress relief after tempering: AIR2133 is written. Could you please replace AIR2133 by EN2133?
In March 2020, AHG said that they would apply C=0 sampling plans as per ASQ H1331 for acceptance tests of EN standards.
In CoC dated June 2020, sample sizes for some dimensions (with AQL = 1%, 2,5% and 4%) and for FPI (AQL = 0,065%) seem to not to be in line with ASQ H1331 for acceptance.
For dimensions, AHG’s sample size is 13, which is lower than ASQ H1331 sample sizes for AQL = 1%, 2,5%.
For FPI, 200 parts shall be inspected as per H1331 with C=0. AHG sampled 32 parts.
    Mfg batch size = 347.

    EN4138-060:

Surface roughness on head bearing surface and shank: do you confirm that Ra max measured equals to 0,05 µm? (and not 0,5 µm?)

    Many thanks.
    Regards.

Done see new QTR ind E ; T°C requirement updated also in accordance with prEN2133 edition P3 march 2019 = 175/215°C

It is a mistake in ERP AHG system when they edit the CC .First time that AHG discover this problem and it has been raised to the IT department . Nevertheless as an evidence of the the right test and requirement you will find in the “supplementary document” a screen shot copy of the ERP system where you can find the right value (19.1 kN in the blue circle ) and the scrren shot of the test results.

Done ; see new QTR indE with temperature requirement updated ( AHG is in tolerence)

This batch has been manufactured in ocy 2019 then before the new sampling rule agreement in march 2020.
Now AHG confirm that they apply H1331 docuement

      Done ; see new QTR ind E ( max 0.4µ )

  2. Duly noted, clear for me now.
    Thank you very much.
    Approved on my side.
    Best regards.
