1. Conditions for initial qualification of ENxxxx fittings under EN3275 technical specification:
   • Has the fire test done on those EN for this renewal? If not, the PQ shall mention it as it was already mentioned in the previous versions of PQ052.
   • A statement indicating that all the laboratory means from Senior Ermeto are calibrated and valid would be appreciated.
   • Manufacturing route: the name of all the subcontractors should appear on the document. A valid EN9100 certificate from LISI, Forginal, DEC and Technique Surfaces should be added to the report.
   • No dimensional report has been provided by the manufacturer for manufactured batches as requested by ASD-CERT quality manual. I have not seen the Dct052 document supposing to show it. Please provide at least those dimensional report for selected EN parts in the report.

      Please find below answers to your questions:
      – Fire test: No, no fire test were performed as it was not required by the final customer and it is optional in prEN3275.
      – Ermeto Laboratory: You will find in attached files, file “déclaration moyen essais 2021-015” which explain how our means are managed.
      – EN9100 certificates: Please find attached copy of EN9100 certificate for LISI, FORGINAL, DEC and Technique Surfaces.
      – Dct052: Please find in first page of “824164 EN3247-1606” , “825991 EN4031-12” and “827714 EN 4030-08 lot L19 1L20” an example of dct052.
