Conditions for initial qualification (ACP-003) of EN2883-060 nuts under ISO5858 technical specification :
• Several tests of the technical specification in the QTP are declared N.A. (Non Applicable) without any justification. Please provide ASD-CERT with those justifications for each N.A.
• Please provide ASD-CERT with a photo after test showing non-rotation of the washer.
• Material from Aperam (Imphy) has been procured under concession. Which material specification has been chosen on TR3791? Tensile Strength seems to be a little bit lower than 1100 MPa. Please justify to ASD-CERT that finished nuts are in compliance to their technical definition, meaning withstanding 1100 MPa as a minimum.
• Please provide ASD-CERT with the certificate of conformity for each external operation of the manufacturing route (HFS Mecaero, Fluorotechnique). Where (meaning with which subcontractor) desoxydation operation is processed? Please provide ASD-CERT with the certificate of conformity of such subcontractor.

? 5.1.3 – Carburization or decarburization is not applicable because the nut is in heat resisting steel , content of carbon is very low.
? 5. 2.3 – Thickness is not applicable : see EN 2883 paragraph 3.4 extract
? 5.2.5 – Corrosion resistance is not applicable see paragraph 5.2.5 of ISO5858 note B
? 5.6.3 Stress embrittlement is not applicable see paragraph 5.6.3 of ISO5858 note J. Moreover the raw material is a heat resisting steel which is not susceptible to hydrogen embrittlement
? 5.6.4 Torque out . EN2883-060 is a wrenchable nut . Torque out is only applicable to floating nut or anchor nut see note K.
? 5.6.6 Push out . EN2883-060 is a wrenchable nut. Push out is only applicable to floating nut or anchor nut see note l
? 5.6.4.7.2 Single cycle test : this test is applicable in product acceptance only see ISO 5858 paragraph 5.6.4.7.2. The current QTR is qualification.
• Please provide ASD-CERT with a photo after test showing non-rotation of the washer. A photo will be provided
• Material from Aperam (Imphy) has been procured under concession. Raw material was not procured under any concession. Which material specification has been chosen on TR3791? A286 or (FE-PA2601or EZ6NCT25) see certificate of Brown EUROPE enclosed in the appendix of QTR Tensile Strength seems to be a little bit lower than 1100 MPa. Please justify to ASD-CERT that finished nuts are in compliance to their technical definition, meaning withstanding 1100 MPa as a minimum. The forging process cold worked the raw material and increases its strength .
• Please provide ASD-CERT with the certificate of conformity for each external operation of the manufacturing route (HFS Mecaero, Fluorotechnique). The certificates of the significant operations passivation ( HFS TOULOUSE) and dry film ( FLUOROTECHNIQUE) are already included in the appendix of the QTR. Where (meaning with which subcontractor) deoxidation operation is processed? Please provide ASD-CERT with the certificate of conformity of such subcontractor. Deoxidation was classify as a not significant operation , we never notes on the flow charts the name our subcontractors and provide any certificate of conformity since the fire in June 2019, beginning of subcontract the surface treatment.
