– 1) Missing NDT and MT NADCAP cert. 2) Material Cert does not call out EN2399 or EN3639, either the report needs a statement to confirm the material used is equivalent to EN2399 or EN3639 or Howmet need to ask the Material supplier to update their cert to call out one of the EN material specs. 3) Section 3 (Qualification audit synthesis) – Laboratory Means section needs completing with where testing has been carried out. Technical data management needs a statement that all data is in accordance with EN9100. 4) Manufacturing Route needs approving.

  1) it’s an oversight I added them
  2)is clearly specified on page 23 of QTR the material according to EN2399 EN3639
  3) it is done
