1. Conditions to initial qualification (ACP-003) of EN2865-080 nuts under ISO5858 technical specification:
   • Two EN9100 or ISO 14001 certificates have expired; NADCAP chemical processing has expired; please provide ASD-CERT with the renewals.
   • Please provide ASD-CERT with a photo of packing containing similar products.
   • Material: please state which material has been chosen as per TR3791.

   1. Dear Philippe,
      Please find below the feedback to manage the opened conditions the NAR EN2865-040 n°851.
      • Two EN9100 or ISO 14001 certificates have expired => OK updated
      • NADCAP chemical processing has expired; please provide ASD-CERT with the renewals. => parts were surface treated before fire, that’s why the last Nadcap chemical processing certificate is attached. When parts were treated, Nadcap CP certificate was approved and applicable: see enclosed. Please let us know if you agree on this point.
      The manufacturing change to authorize to outsource the surface treatment is managed by the MCR n°1047: Passivation with Howmet Toulouse & Dry film lubricate MoS2 with Fluorotechnique.

      • Please provide ASD-CERT with a photo of packing containing similar products. => see picture enclosed
      • Material: please state which material has been chosen as per TR3791.
      o Material chosen is A286 see materials highlighted in the TR3791 enclosed .
      o AT1110992 and AT1072262 were supplied in accordance with our internal specification SAM0049 ( enclosed) which is linked to AMS5525. See certificates highlighted
