• All the paragraphes with “A” for acceptance batch of the technical specification EN3004 have to be checked in order to approve this renewal ACP-006.
• Dimensional report is missing. Please provide
• Bearing perpendicularity. Please provide results.
• Thread deformation with GO and NO GO gage results. Please provide.
• Surface rugosity. Please provide results.
• Aspect. Please provide results.
• Coating thickness results. Please identify results.
• Adherence results for coating. Please provide.
• Locking torque at ambient temperature. 3 cycles. Is the GALA test bolt conform to EN3004?
• Flaring test. Please provide results.
• Macrographic cuts. No image has been provided with 100 times magnification as per EN3004, only a statement is written. Please provide.
• Grain size. Please provide results.
• Surface discontinuities. Please provide results.
• Surface contamination. Please identify results.
• Marking. Please provide a photo of the marking.
• Packing. Please provide a photo of the packing for those nuts.
