Conditions required to accept renewal per EN9133:
– Statement from manufacturer of numbers manufactured since last renewal.
– Statement from manufacturer that Manufacturing route hasn’t changed since last renewal.
– Statement from manufacturer what are or if there has been customer/manufacturing issues since last renewal.
– Confirmation as to which are the latest FAIR’s. Only the FAIR’s for the last batch of each part number should be submitted.
Note: A lot of the information submitted was confusing. Please follow the guidelines per EN9133 section 12.

-Statement of no change in manufacturing route added in same document
– statement of issues (cutomer complain ) can be found in annex 1
– I have put 2 existing FAIR of each standard (2 different P/N). FAIRs made in 2020 can be considered as “last batch”, when it has been made. (new batches are produced every weeks…)
