According to eAuditNet website, LISI AEROSPACE IZMIR is NADCAP CP accredited until May, 31st, 2022.

In QTR, unit of double shear test result is kN. Is it MPa instead? (in CoC, unit is MPa)
Were double shear tests carried out on screws or on test specimens?
Do we have a stress relief operation before cadmium plating, as specified in EN2133, clause 9? Indeed, thread rolling and grinding operations are carried out after heat treatment.
2 alternative PFCs are presented: which one has been used for manufacturing these screws?
FPI: just a reminder that sample sizes are not in line with ISO7689 (and ISO2859-1) but this batch were manufactured before ASD-CERT communication on this topic.

Could you just please confirm that raw material used for machining double test specimens comes from the same heat/lot number and same heat treating load as screw batch?

Yes we confirm. At forging, specimens are being cut and move together with parts to Heat Treatment .
