In QTR and FAI report,
I have noted some deviation on shoulder radius not compliant to the standard, what is the action plan and evidence to get compliant product for this value before to start future serial production? Nota this finding has not been addressed and disclosed into MBR report ?!?
In QTR :
Amphenol states in conclusion that some products got a tensile strength degradation up to > 10% or even > 40% from the requirement
This is not in align with the values reported in the doc and with the submitted letter, please ensure the correct conclusion definition as it cannot be approved as it is. See below extract from QTR.
It is mentioned that some fretting has been identified on contact active area but by comparison several gold thickness measurements after ageing of group2 are higher than initial measurement.
How do you explain it ?
