  1. Test report (mfg batch #15152235): only pages 1 of 4 and 4 of 4 are available in QTR section.
Could you please upload the full test report?

Raw material: could you please give the relationship between EN raw material standards (EN2399/EN3639) called out by EN2907 and SAM0044 (material certificate)?

    Many thanks in advance
    Best regards

  2. Many thanks for uploading new documents.
In CoC, sample size for FPI is 125 parts.
It should be 200 parts: EN3004, tables 3 and 4, discontinuities are ranked as major defect with AQL=0,065% and a down-arrow is marked against “1201-3200” mfg batch size range, indicating that sampling plan below shall be used.
    Many thanks in advance

  3. Hi Julien, I saw this sampling problem, I agree with your remark.
But I accepted the sampling, because there are 3 files admissible by analogy, there are 1372-1, 1372-2 and 1373, therefore exceptionally accepted.

  4. Many thanks for your reply Antoine.
    Accepted exceptionally as well.
For qualification 1372-1, mfg batch size is 7563 parts. Thus, sample size 200 is “directly” applicable since no down or up-arrow marked against [3201 to 10000] mfg batch size.
Here, a down-arrow is marked against [1201-3200] mfg batch size range, indicating that sampling plan until reaching “0” in AQL 0,065% column shall be used (sampling plan: 200 sample size, Acceptance criteria: 0).
Anyway, approved from my side as said above.
    Best regards
    Julien
