In PFC, in QTP and in QTR as well, EN2894 issue is dated July 2017. However, the latest issue of EN2894 is EN2894:2018.
Could you please clarify?

At the date of July 2017 it was PrEN2894 . The revision of 2018 was the switch between PrEN to EN. There is no modification on the standard itself so no impact on the requirements , on the parts themselves and on the performances . Parts in the future will be manufactured with the standard at the revision EN2894:2018.
