On page 8 of Report 9154. what are the lines seen on nuts 1,2 and 3 through the thread of the nut. On page 9 what is the large inclusion seen in the picture of nut 5.
The product standard calls out the nut to be made from EN2398, EN2399, EN3638, EN3639 or TR3791 (eg AMS 5731) – Howmet are saying made from z6NCT25. how is this linked to the material reference in the standard. Material Cert AT1594698 doesn’t seem to reference any of these specs or the Howmet reference.
The product standard calls out the basket to be made from en3638 OR en3816 Howmet are saying made from 2Z6NCT25 how is this linked to the material reference in the standard. Material Cert AT1593827 doesn’t seem to reference any of these specs or the Howmet reference.

The raw material has a howmet supply specification: SAM 0049 which is attached to the report with the material compliance certificates.
photo 5 and 2 of the report it is a problem of rinsing I attached a new photo of the 5 parts.

where is the analysis to say SAM0049 is the same as EN2398, EN2399, EN3638, EN3639 or TR3791 (eg AMS 5731)
the material cert states AMS2750 and AMS5525. non of the ENs listed above or any of the specs listed in the TR are stated
Thread Issue :
I confirm that it is not an inclusion and it is due to the rinsing process of the across molding. See new picture include in QTR paragraph (EN3435-060 Powerpoint).

Z6NCT25 is French designation of A286. AT1594698 was supplied in accordance with internal specification SAM0049. See Coc included in paragraph “Manufacturing conformity” – In this Coc the SAM0049 was highlighted in Yellow to give you the proof.
Carpenter certifies also this raw material in accordance with AMS5525. As you can see Raw Material AMS5525 is allowed by TR3791 for Anchor Nut Table 2 Data proof was highlighted in Yellow – see page 4 of AT1594698.

Z6NCT25 is French designation of A286. AT1593827 was supplied in accordance with internal specification SAM0049. See Coc included in paragraph “Manufacturing conformity” – In this Coc the SAM0049 was highlighted in Yellow to give you the proof.
Carpenter certifies also this raw material in accordance with AMS5525. As you can see Raw Material AMS5525 is allowed by TR3791 for Cage Table 4 Data proof was highlighted in Yellow – see page 4 of AT1593827.
