  1. Conditions for acceptance (ACP-006) of EN3686-060, -070, EN3687-050 nuts under EN3685 technical specification. It is must to provide the reports, which check the items below:

    2. Surface roughness (5.3.6)
    3. Ambient temperature tensile strength (5.4.1.1)
    4. Stress rupture properties at 650°C (5.4.2)
    5. Hardness (5.4.3)
    6. Head to shank grain flow (5.5.1)
    7. Micro-structure and work effect (5.5.2)
    8. Grain size (5.5.3)

  2. Hi Dieu Merci and thank you for your review and comments. Your comment would be agreed if this was a new product qualification, but as this is a qualification renewal report, the extent of data provided is normally sufficient. The information provided in the PQ1135 certificate of conformity is usually enough, when we also have the statements in the ACP006 form, with a new sealed manufacturing route and other supporting information such as the material release certificate and dimensional inspection report.

  3. Also, I have now added a table of “Requirements met for PQ1135” into the Test Report section. Like a QTS table, it states where each acceptance requirement is met in the test report.

  4. in the technical specification EN3685, you will find the summary of the elements to provide for acceptance (table 4). it’s well detailed

  5. Those EN3685 details are listed in the new table I have provided to help you review the report
