The report and their copy of the ACP006 references the CoC – I don’t seem to see to see this in the report. Do you have a copy?
The NADCAP Cert for MT is now out of date do we have an updated cert for the system?
Finally – not sure if this is you or Christelle but the standard table at the top of the report is missing the “120” from the EN2874 row.
