We have two CofCs:
First one is associated to Lot Number F964695, coming from LISI AEROSPACE Villefranche de Rouergue, France.
Second one is related to Lot number 781638, coming from LISI AEROSPACE IZMIR, Turkey.
Which one has to be taken into account? I think this is lot number F964695, but I am not sure.
The fact remains, however, that PFC has been established by LISI AEROSPACE Villefranche de Rouergue, France.
For both CofCs, no fatigue test results since EN4072-100016AE screws appear to be too short for this test. Could you please confirm that this qualification is restricted to MJ10 diameter with maximum length (L1) equal to 24 mm? (as per ISO9152, clause 5.4.3, note b)).
CofC 781638 contains neither hydrogen content result nor surface treatment (aluminum IVD) data. How can this be explained?
Apparently, there is a link between these two lot numbers since they are both mentioned in CofC 781638, at the top of first page.

The CofC referring to Lisi Izmir has been removed from the report. Also an additional CofC referring to the -082 length version of the bolt has been added to the report and this part was subjected to a fatigue test.
Sorry, I have another comment below:
LISI’s drawing 2162 is dated 24/06/1994 whereas the latest edition of EN4072 is “EN 4072:2016 (E)”.
Could you please confirm that LISI’s drawing is consistent with EN 4072:2016?
