On dimension report, major diameter requirement is: 7,82 to 8,00 mm.
As per EN2874, max major diameter shall be equal to D1min – 0,025 = (8 – 0,028) – 0,025 = 7,947 mm.
Test results are compliant, but for future mfg batches, this shall be taken into account.
Reminder, we got the same remark for qualification 392-3-1.
On ASD-CERT website, section “Additional documents”, could you please correct this title “MCR EN2874 p silver plating coc”? This bolt is passivated (and document deals with passivation).
Could you please add FPI report in “Additional documents” section as indicated in QTR section?
