Just to make sure there is no ambiguity:
QTR, clause 5.1: chemical composition in relevant table comes from raw material certificate.
Paolo Astori’s X-ray analysis has been done to check alloy identification.
Chemical contents for elements such as carbon and boron cannot be checked by X-ray fluorescence.
Could you please clarify?

The values of elements listed on table (QTR pag.3) come directly from raw material certificate. Alloy verification is perfomed by X-ray analyzer instrument. On this way, we verify the conformity of the material checking the % of the chemical elements dectectable with this method, not all.
