1. Manufacturing route calls out machining can be done by Lisi in Izmir was the bolts used for the qualification machined in VdR or Izmir.

   was bolts manufactured using both method dimensionally assessed?

   to have both options on the manufacturing route, samples from both facilities need to be assessed.

   If Lisi add drilling the hole in the head as an optional step then they can be approved to make EN2874-180XXX bolts as well as EN2874H180XXX bolts

2. make Manufacturing route generic to EN2753 to cover all sizes approved. this is the same route used in report 936

      I work as MB with Antoine, who is not available today,
      We’ve receive additional information from LISI VDR, please see below the feedback:
      1- Manufacturing route calls out machining can be done by Lisi in Izmir was the bolts used for the qualification machined in VdR or Izmir.
      LISI Answer => The parts were entirely manufactured in Villefranche. There was no IZMIR subcontracting on these qualification lots. => Manufacturing route updated.

      2-was bolts manufactured using both method dimensionally assessed?
      LISI Answer => There was no subcontracting machining on these lots, so the two were not dimensionally assessed. Therefore, the external machining process outsourcing specified as alternative in the flow chart has been removed.

      3- to have both options on the manufacturing route, samples from both facilities need to be assessed.
      LISI Answer => The updated generic manufacturing route is attached. This specifies the optional step of head drilling and talks about the two codes “-” and “H”

      We agree with LISI comments. Please see enclosed the updated Manufacturing route issue V2.
