Conditions for initial qualification of EN3035-080 bolts under ISO7689 technical specification:
• The manufacturing route shows Thermi Garonne as an alternative subcontractor for heat treatment to Bodycote. The FAI shows only one subcontractor :Bodycote for the heat treatment of the manufactured bolts. Therefore Thermi Garonne is not qualified. An ACP-008 has to be sent to ASD-CERT if bolts have to be manufactured using Thermi Garonne for their heat treatment. This is ASD-CERT Quality Manual procedures. Please re issue the manufacturing route with only Bodycote as subcontractor for heat treatment.
