Can you confirm the following points for me:
– EN3219 has been used, but product standard states EN2952, can you clarify the link?
– Is Material ID check on route, is that under electromagnetic sort?
– Report states Howmet confirmed no customer complaint, compliance to sealed route for 2014 and NADCAP approvals for unqualified period. Do you have a official letter/email from Howmet to that ends to add to additional information?
the following has been added to the QTR section of the report
“The product standard states EN2952 as the material specification. Howmet Leicester have used EN3219 for this LOT. These materials are both Ni-PH2601 (NI-P100HT) as stated in the TR3775 report.”
Ive uploaded a copy of the TR3775 showing the link between the two.
Material ID check (Clause 5.5.7 of EN2583) is conducted under “Electronic Sort” (3rd box from the end on the flow chart).
Uploaded to the supporting documents section is the Howmet letter relating to NADCAP and EN9100 compliance.
