is there a reason for 2 QTS documents? – I cant see a difference?
comment and conclusion section of the report needs a statement on Surface discontinuities, what the issue is any why its acceptable for this requalification.
Manufacturing route needs Lisi Turkey removing from the route. Lisi Turkey can only be added by an MCR and samples assessed for compliance.

Since LISI provides only a certificate of conformity , I have writen a QTR with the data from the certificate and the discussions I had with LISI about the way to understand the information in this document in order to help the reviewer.
As QTS is also a mandatory document , I have included it only with the decision about the specification conformance.

The batch has been planed before the ASD CERT review about the interpretation of the table 2 ISO 28596 . Lisi has confirmed by letter that they are now in compliance with this rule.
