On ASD-CERT website, « designation » section is wrong (Dassault).
Cadmium plating: stress relief heat treatment was not carried out before cadmium plating.
Apparently, according to Process Flow Chart, cadmium plating was done just after heat treatment and MPI, on nuts which haven’t been cold worked or machined after the heat treatment operation.
Could you please confirm?
Or it is due to the fact that this nut is 1100 MPa strength class and as per EN2133, table 1, stress relief baking is not necessary for this strength class (Rm lower or equal to 1100 MPa – not necessary)

Stress relieve was not performed because after the heat treatment there is no cold working or machining operation in the router ( see the flow chart), process agreed by EN 2133 standard ( see highlight wording in EN 2133 added on Additional document category).
