Surface discontinuities test for EN2865K040 (and other diameters) is not required as per ISO5858 (called out by EN2865) for Acceptance.
In my opinion, surface discontinuities test should be required for Acceptance as well.
ISO5858 should be updated in that way as it is the case, for instance, for EN4048, EN3004 and so on.
Anyway, nothing more to mention except above.
