1. EN2859-080036:
   Tensile test: in CoC, tensile test value are in MPa. Does it mean that tensile tests were carried out on specimens? These bolts are long enough to be tensile tested.

   EN2859-100028:
   Tensile test: in CoC, tensile test value are in MPa. Does it mean that tensile tests were carried out on specimens? These bolts are long enough to be tensile tested.

   For all references, could you please provide evidences of:
   – Stress relief heat treatment before cadmium plating,
   – Hydrogen embrittlement relief (baking) after cadmium plating?

   Raw materials: how can we make the link between specifications mentioned in material certificates and TR3775?

   1. EN2859-080036 and EN 2859-100
      Tensile test: in CoC, tensile test value are in MPa. Does it mean that tensile tests were carried out on specimens? These bolts are long enough to be tensile tested.

      Tensile test for both references are made on specimen following ISO 7689 restriction when the thread length is less than 1.5 diameter. The specimens are heat treated with the parts and are representative of the fastener strength .

      For all references, could you please provide evidences of:
      – Stress relief heat treatment before cadmium plating,
      – Hydrogen embrittlement relief (baking) after cadmium plating?

      These steps do not appear on the previous flow chart but have been done . . The flow chart has been updated in the website with these manufacturing steps.

      In the Brown Europe certificate the standards SM 30 revC ( coils) is an AHG document with the reference to TR 3775 material ( air 9173)
