FPI for Acceptance: mfg batch size is 504 parts. As per EN4047, tables 3 and 4, sampling plan for AQL = 0,065% shows a sample size equal to 200 since we have a down-arrow marked against [501 to 1200] mfg batch size. In test report, 80 parts were FP inspected. Could you please clarify?
In test report, “Dureté / hardness” section: HV5 9999 is written. This is just, to me, a typo.
Hardness test results (HRC units) are listed in “Metallurgie” section. Actual sample size is in line with EN4047, table 6, column B (destructive tests).
However, EN4047 requires hardness range from 37 to 47 HRC. In Test Report, actual values reach 52 HRC (48 – 49 – 50 – 52 HRC).
Could you please give some explanations on this?
Raw material: could you please give the link between SAM0038 and EN2952?
Many thanks in advance
Best regards
Julien

See the new TR updated enclosed . We have performed FPI on a new sampling on 120 parts to complete the sampling as required in the standard .
In test report, “Dureté / hardness” section: HV5 9999 is written. This is just, to me, a typo. No it is an IT issue that we can not corrected, it is the reason why the hardness is noted in the metallurgy box .

It was a typo, we have performed re- tests and the results are between 45 and 47 HRC , so located on the max of the range due to the fact that the class required is 1550 MPa .

Please find enclosed a copy of the SAM0038 which is linked to the EN2952 standard .
Many thanks for all these answers Mrs. Richard.
All is fine for me.
Approved from my side.
