In QTP, clause 5.5.3, sub-clause B, could you please confirm that we are talking about spline drive (and not spling drive)? Just need confirmation, because, apparently this is just a typo.
Test Report, first page, hardness test results: “HV5 9999 – “is written. Could you please fix this?
Hopefully, hardness test results are mentioned in page 2, micro/macro box.
Could you please tell me where I can find dry film lubrication CoC?
Many thanks in advance,
Best regards,
Julien

Hello Mrs. Richard,
Thanks for your quick reply.
Just something a bit surprising in RQ56663 report: it is written “non conforme” against thread plug go/no gauge, test bolt and aspect (appearance) with additional comment (amount of lubricant).
Could you please clarify?
Many thanks again,
Best regards,
Julien
I made a mistake in the documents sent to your attention, I have enclosed a wrong document. As you can on the RQ 56663 the parts was non conform due to the presence of clumps of dry film in the threads , Consequently it was decided to rework the batch so please don’t take into account the CoC RQ56663. The right CoC after dry film rework is RQ59500.
See attached RQ59500.
All is fine for me now.
Many thanks!
Best regards.
