EN2874H080004P bolt is too short to be tensile, double shear and fatigue tested as per ISO9154 restrictions. This qualification should be restricted to lengths from 004 to 015 mm.
However, qualification scope shows all lengths up to 080 mm.
Could you please clarify?
On ASD-CERT website, qualification 1246 deals with both MJ6 and MJ8 diameters.
However, we do not have any data for MJ6.

Good afternoon Julien,
We considered that it was not mandatory to choose a part number which would have enable us to perform all the mechanical tests because Electrolytic polishing per EN3769 is only required on the head of bolts (bearing face excepted), there is no impact on the mechanical performance.
This PQ is for MJ6 & MJ8 parts but we only have to manufacture parts coded “P” on the MJ8 family.
