1. Aluminum pigmented coating as per EN4473/4474 is missing in PFC.
   In addition, in PFC, could you please tell us when hydrogen content is carried out?

   Both bolt references are too short in length to be fatigue tested. Thus, we should have a length restriction:
   – EN4499-050: length restriction should be from 004 to 012.
   – EN4499-060: length restriction should be from 005 to 014.
   In qualification 1051, we had fatigue test results for EN4499-060, but not for EN4499-050.
   Do we have a chance to get fatigue test results for both?

   1. Hello Julien,

      You will find in the elements the flow chart issue 3 updated with the aluminum pigmented coating operation.
      Generally, we do not specify the hydrogen test in the flow chart, the test is carried out on finished parts during the laboratory test operation.
      Concerning the fatigue tests, we have added 2 certificates of conformity for EN4499-050 and EN4499-060 for which the fatigue tests were carried out.
      Could you confirm to me that this is sufficient to maintain the qualification of the references without length restriction?

2. Hello Nicolas,

   Many thanks for all these updates!
   For me, all is clear.
   Since fatigue test results for EN4499-050 and EN4499-060 are available at the end, no length restriction is needed.
   I consider now a qualification for all lengths.
