As per ISO8168, double shear test is required.
EN3038-050008A bolts are too short to be double shear tested. This is why no results are available.
Since no double shear test results are available, it would mean that a length restriction is mandatory: EN3038-050 [003 to 009]. I did not see this test in qualification 528 as well.
What are your thoughts on this topic?

Thanks for your review and comment Julien. I propose that as we have done in the past, the qualification is limited to length sizes 003 to 009 that are too short to require the double shear test. If I edit the conclusion statement, are you happy to approve?

Just in case: if we have double shear test results on similar or identical EN references (same diameter as well), we may extend to the full length range!?

Thank you both for your quick feedback. If it suits you to renew the reference without length limitation, you will find on the website the CoC 479086 which are similar parts with double shearing results (same specification ISO8168, material, finish, diameter and manufactured in the period). Please let me know if additional information is needed.

Thanks Nicolas. I can add a reference to the CoC 479086. It is a longer part that is similar to the EN3038-050 part except that it has a countersunk head so that Lisi can continue to be listed for all length sizes, if Julien is happy.

From my point of view, it is suitable for qualifying without any bolt length restriction: we do have double shear test results in CoC 479086 dealing with similar parts with the same technical specification ISO8168, material, finish, diameter and manufactured during the same period.
