The QTR shows results for the 100% tensile requirement, but no mention of the 80% requirements. These should be updated to make reference to the requirements of the 80% test being undertaken and met as I understand this test has been undertaken.
Below is Stefano Giacomenti’s answer to your first question:
– we have performed axial tensile test applying 100% load. As acceptance criteria of this test we apply both requirements listed on the spec 80% and 100 % test (no permanent set and any signficant reduction of locking torque). Here attached FAI documents revised for all P/Ns involved (see statement added on page 7).
