Is it possible to add a formal document stating that no customer claims were issued?

Thank you for your review and comments Julien. When applying for the renewal, the renewal form has a section in it where the manufacturer can state if they have had any customer concerns. When this remains empty, it means that they have received no customer complaints. As Lisi have left this empty, it means no complaints were made. Do you need a formal statement in addition to this part of the form? Regards, Keith
