EN4124-060: in CoC, sample size for FPI is 80 parts instead of 200 parts as per ISO2859-1 (mfg batch size is: 885 parts). The MO date valid is 20-12-19. LISI’s confirmation about sampling plan interpretation as per ISO2859-1 is dated June 2019. Thus, what is the manufacturing start date?
NOTE: EN4124-060 QTS, clause 1 does mention 200 parts to be FP inspected.

Yes, we inspected 80 parts instead of 200 parts.
The manufacturing of this batch had started before LISI’s confirmation about sampling plan.
This remark was made during the previous renewal on this batch.
On EN4124-060 QTS this is an error.

All is fine for me now.
For future EN4124 bolt mfg batches, if the mfg batch size is from 1201 to 35000 parts, sample size for surface discontinuities test is 200 parts to be checked.

Just to precise:
Up to 200 manufactured parts => 100% FP inspection
From 201 to 35000 manufactured parts => 200 parts shall be FP inspected.
