Dimensional report (FAIR): thread profile and dimension shall be in accordance with ISO 5855-2. Except the thread major diameter “d max.” which shall be equal to D1 min. ? 0,025 as per EN2859, table 1, note a).
Thus, maximum major diameter = 6 – 0,035 – 0,025 = 5,940 mm.
Finally, major diameter requirement is: 5,820 / 5,940 mm.
Hopefully, actual values are within 5,820 / 5,940 mm tolerance. Could you just please take this into account?
