Hardness test (Test Report): actual values are not written in “Dureté / Hardness” section.
Hopefully, actual values are listed in « Métallurgie” section and 10 results are reported.
As per EN3152, for Acceptance, hardness test sample size shall be carried out according to table 6.
If it is considered as destructive test, 5 parts are needed (3213 manufactured parts)
If it is considered as non-destructive test, 20 parts are needed (3213 manufactured parts)
Unfortunately, EN3152, clause 5.4.8 does not indicate if hardness test it is a destructive or a non-destructive one.
Anyway, we have the explanation in qualification 1324 (EN3196-030). Thus, this is just for information.
Self-locking torque test at 3 cycles:
Minimum breakaway torque value for the first cycle of the three cycle test is 1,3 N.m.
In TR, 0,8 N.m is written for all the cycles. This value (0,8 N.m) is applicable for the second and third cycle of the three cycle test. Hopefully, actual breakaway torques values are in line with 1,3 N.m minimum for the first cycle.

In the TR15111520, rev 2 the typos have been corrected and the correct data has been added in the TR.
The Hardness comment was just for information.
