Hello Christian,
thanks for the provided qualification dossier. The following information needs to be stored before validating the qualification:
– the manufacturing flow chart including all applied processes and identified Key Charakteristics. If needed for both sitesm the France and the US site if needed.
– the cross reference list betwen Corsair part number and EN standard designation for all parts which should be listed in the PQ. Of course * can be used (e.g. for polarization in cases wre it is obvious.
– In case also class Z shall be qualified, please provide a document providing proof that no hexavalent cromium is used during manufacturing as requested in eN3645-001
