In QTR, clause C, we have the following sentence : “Overheating of the head, except for the bearing surface, is permitted provided that its maximum depth, measured normal to the surface of the head, does not exceed: 1.5mm. (Ø 5)”.
Just to mention that this is diameter 6 instead of 5, but the requirement is still the same, so, not blocking.
Hydrogen content: just to say that only 3 parts shall be tested for Qualification (1 par mfg batch for Acceptance) as per ISO9152. Here, 5 part have been tested, which is better.
Both comments above are only for information/improvement and do not question related test results which are in line with ISO9152.
Thus, approved from my side.
