  1. Tensile test at 100% load after baking: results are compliant but just a little bit above the minimum requirement. This is just something to point out and test is compliant.

    In QTR, marking on nut basket is “MJ” and “SD”.
    On “additional test audit” picture, we have “MJ”, “SD” and “C” markings.
    This “C” generally means that the nut is made out of stainless steel, but in that case, this is a low alloyed steel anchor nut.
    The photograph of nut basket on “additional test audit” seems to be made out of stainless steel without any surface treatment (or just passivation) because it is bright.

      As you already mentioned the test results are compliant.

      You are completely right!
      It is my mistake I put the photo by a wrong qualification, sorry.
      If you look at QTR No8855A, page 18 of 47 you will find that the products have been correct marked.

      As already mentioned wrong photo!
      In the QTR itself you will see real photo’s of the product.
      And in the Manufacturing Conformity Certificate(s) part of the report you will find the CoC of Mecaero (Cadmium) and the CoC of FluoroTechnique (Dry Film, MoS2, Molykote 3400A Aero). Conform EN2754:2006, clause 3.4 Surface treatment, page 5
