Qualification 895 is a renewal, so, acceptance tests are considered.
As per EN2755, table 13 is applicable for acceptance tests.
In CoC concerning lot number JXG54, I cannot read any test results and/or information for:
– Behaviour in rotation and tilt,
– Peel strength of the liner (because we have bonded liner, code A),
– Bond integrity of the liner,
– Surface treatment.
Hardness on inner ring material:
Apparently, hardness test has been only performed on raw materials (bars) and material certificates attached (TAE341 and TAE130) deal with 440C stainless steel for inner ring.
These material certificates show annealed delivery condition and are compliant to AMS5630 ad AMS-QQ-S-763 standards. We have hardenability test results performed by GLORIA to prove that this material, after being heat treated (heating to 1925°F during 30 minutes and then, quenching in oil), this material is capable of meeting minimum hardness requirement.
Thus, who carried out heat treatment to reach hardness requirement on inner rings?
Do we have any hardness results after heat treatment on parts?
As EN3048 specifies EN2030 standard for inner rings, do these material certificates are in line with EN2030?
Hardness on outer ring material:
We do not have material certificates for outer rings, which are made of 17-4PH stainless steel as per EN2539. Could you please add these ones?

Do we have any hardness results after heat treatment on parts?
