On fluorescent penetrant inspection report (OF 472614), 50 nuts were checked.
On CoC, this is the same value.

Manufacturing batch size is 208 nuts.

On fluorescent penetrant inspection report (OF 473191), 50 nuts were checked.
32 parts were fluorescent penentrant inspected according to CoC (OF 473191),
So, what is the sample size for FPI to be considered?
Which AQL was applied for FPI?
Manufacturing batch size is 108 nuts.

For EN3843-120 : we checked 50 nuts, we made an error typo on CoC.
The sampling size on ISO8641 specification for surface discontinuities is following Table 12 column B. We should check 3 samples : this is small compared to what it is usually done.
We have decided to take a sampling more important. We therefore used a sampling following ISO2859 AQL 0.25 .

I fully agree with you, the sampling size on ISO8641 specification for surface discontinuities, following Table 12 column B is too small.
Qualification is now approved on my side.
