Conditions to qualify EN4072-080010 bolts under technical specification ISO9152 (initial qualification):
• Only 10 mm bolts have been tested in the QTR as tensile test and fatigue tests were not performed due to the small size of those bolts. Therefore only 10 mm bolts are qualified.
• Dimensional report: item number 34 (dimension F) appears to be out of tolerance. Result for dimension F of 1,63 mm for a requirement of 1,60 mm 0 to – 0,08 mm.
• NADCAP certifications could not be opened in the word document.
