1) The company Name under the para “Manufacturing” on the ASD-Cert Website needs to be corrected. (the “i” looks like and “l”) in the title.
2) Photos to see the Part Number missing
3) Manufacturing Route not sufficient ; Flow Chart should be shown.
4) Picture of parts after the 336hours salt spray test to see the condition.
5) Heat treatment curves should be added.
6) Vibration test curves (ref ISO 7481 par 5.6.8) should be added.
7) FAIR (First article inspection report) is missing.

3) following a conf call ASD-CERT, the manufacturing router was accepted and a proposal was to draw up a flow chart template.
4) Pictures of parts after salt spray were added in the Arconic qualification test report updated (§2.5 of the QTR).
5) the Arconic Qualification test report was updated including the heat treatment curves (enclosed in appendix).
6) the vibration test conditions are enclosed in §6.6 of Arconic QTR : sinus vibrations.
7) the Arconic QTR has been updated and comprises :
• dimensional inspection report : QTR §5
• material certificates : QTR Appendix.
